What is the turnaround time on custom work?
1–2 weeks from the approved artwork — not from the beginning of the order.
How fast can I get a quote?
Most quotes come back within one business day. Complex jobs may take 2–3 days, but we’ll always confirm receipt the same day.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
For most jobs, yes — rush availability depends on the queue and the complexity. Call us at (508) 949-2024 to check.
What’s the minimum order?
We’ll do a single shirt or a thousand business cards — no minimum. Larger orders get better per-unit pricing.
What file types can I send you?
PDF is our preferred format. We also accept JPEG and PNG, though those don’t scale as well for large prints. If you don’t have a file, no worries — our in-house designers can build one for you.
