Choice1Graphics is a family-owned print shop in Webster, Massachusetts. We’ve been serving the area since 2009, and we take your privacy seriously. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us or use this website, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect
When you reach out to us — by filling out our quote form, sending an email, calling, or walking in — we may collect:
- Your contact details: name, email address, phone number, and (if relevant) business name.
- Project details: what you want printed, embroidered, engraved, or designed; quantities; deadlines; and any artwork or files you send us.
- Order history: records of past jobs so we can reprint, reorder, or reference them later.
This website also collects basic, anonymous analytics — pages visited, approximate location (city/state), and browser type — so we can keep the site working well. We don’t track you across other websites.
What we don’t collect
We don’t take payment information through this website. If you pay by credit card, that happens in person at the shop through our point-of-sale system — we never see or store your card number.
We don’t run ads on this site, and we don’t share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
How we use your information
We use what you give us only to:
- Respond to your quote request or question.
- Produce and deliver the job you’ve ordered.
- Follow up on completed work, or check in if we have a question mid-job.
- Keep records for reordering and for our own accounting and tax needs.
That’s it. We don’t email marketing newsletters or promotions unless you’ve specifically asked us to.
How long we keep it
Customer files and contact records are kept as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus the time required by Massachusetts and federal record-keeping rules for business records (typically seven years for invoices and tax-related documents).
Artwork files for one-off jobs are kept for at least a year after the job is delivered, in case you want a reprint. After that, we may archive or delete them.
Who sees your information
Only the people who work at our shop — the family and our small team — can see your contact details and project files. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except:
- When required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena).
- When we outsource a specialized print job to a trusted partner vendor — in that case, we only share the artwork and quantity needed to produce the job, never your personal contact information beyond what’s needed for shipping.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality (remembering you’re logged in if you have an account, keeping form state) and for anonymous analytics. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as smoothly without them.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask us what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
- Ask us to delete your records (subject to any legal record-keeping we’re required to maintain).

Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

If we make significant changes to how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and refresh the “Last updated” date at the top.
